Trader Joe’s New Zealand Grass Fed Sharp Cheddar Cheese Review
Ah, New Zealand. The land of the long white cloud. If you’ve never heard of that, neither had I before traveling there. Don’t feel bad. Not sure why it’s called that. But Who cares. Let’s talk about cheese. This stuff, well, it was just ok. Nothing more, nothing less. It was tasty. But the texture was kinda rubbery to be honest. I wouldn’t classify it as sharp personally. Much more mild in my book, edging on the side of dull, unfortunately. I’m not sure this is the highest quality cheese in the spectrum either. Honestly, it tasted kind of like one of those cheapie cheeses you might buy in the local discount grocery store. You know, those ones where you buy like a foot log block of the thing for like 4 bucks. Looks like a fence post? Kinda tastes like one too? You know? Right? Anyways, you’re not missing much if you don’t try this one. Plenty of better products sitting on their shelves to explore. Maybe you liked it more than I though? Let us know what you think down below. $5.99/LB
