One of my rock-star creations so far! What a real winner here! This is a Trader Joe’s Jackfruit vegetarian BBQ “pulled pork impostor” style sandwich served on a Trader Joe’s Honey Wheat Hamburger bun, topped with sliced sauteed red onions and Trader Joe’s Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Yee haw! Look Ma, no meat! Bet you can’t even tell the difference.
