Trader Joe’s Cocobon Red Blend Wine Review
Ah yes, good ol’ Cocobon, one of my all-time favorite go-to’s in the TJ’s wine isle. It’s just so hard not to like this stuff. The bottle never really specifies what grapes go into this blend, but if I had to guess I’m thinking we are somewhat based around the Merlot variety, at least, that’s what it tastes like to me. I’d say the body of this wine is a little more toward the sharper end of things as compared to other blends I’ve recommended in the past, but it’s subtle, and I still feel like this will appeal to a lot of you out there. The bottle label talks of flavors of cherry and vanilla, which I don’t disagree with, but I’ll build on that and say that I’m sensing some plum and walnut action here. As for pairing options? Hmm, how about a couch, a warm body, and a good movie for starters? Haha. At any rate, I love this stuff! Go grab a bottle and let us know what you think down below!
