Wow! Just wow! I’m in love with the New Mexico Pinion coffee! This coffee is described on the can as a medium roast, but I feel as if it edges a bit in the direction of bold. Just a little…although not too strong in the least bit. The flavor is robust and full, and I have to say, it has this real subtle chocolaty undertone going on. The overall flavor of this coffee is just what does it for me. It is so far off from bland it’s ridiculous! This coffee comes pre-ground, so you don’t have to do that awkward in-store grind practice. You know what I’m talking about…using that paint brush to sweep every last of those whole beans into the grinder, spilling a little bit of the grounds onto the table below…making a mess! And you thought no one saw you! $6.99
