This Cafe Pajaro Coffee stands out for sure! Those of you who know me well know that there’s just no messing around when it comes to coffee! I don’t hesitate to pour crap down the sink if I end up with brown water post brew. This on the other hand, this is akin to that of the nectar of the gods! The second this stuff hits your lips, you’ll be instantly happier and better looking as that caffeine straightens out that bed head hair you’ve been rocking around the kitchen this morning. Well, maybe it’s not quite capable of doing that, but it does taste damn good! They claim it to be an extra dark roast, but I wouldn’t let that scare you off. I’d classify it more as a straight dark roast, but my oh my is it smoooooth. Just real smooth. Well balanced, not bitter, and just a small, small hint of nutty earthyness to it. The beans are sourced from Nicaragua, Peru, and Mexico, so you’re getting a blend of product here, which I think makes it all the more awesome. Come to think of it, what a damn fine mixture that is in and of itself…Hmm, if anyone knows any single ladies of this mixture, can you please send them my way? Oh oh, sorry, back on point Mike.
