I just love a great pun! And by great pun, I mean horrible pun. And by horrible pun, I mean talk of finding ones inner peas. However, I tip my hat to you TJs! This is exactly the type of humor I implore on a daily basis and I stand behind you 100% in printing something as ridiculous as this on your bags! Oh how easily I digress. Now when I first opened this bag and tried these snacks I would have sworn to you that they made these by straight up deep frying whole peas in some sort of oil. I mean, they are just shaped so nicely and taste so pea-ey that it really shocked me. Now this obviously isn’t the method they used to create these. But how novel though, a very veggie tasting snack that actually tastes like the actual food they are emulating as opposed to the other veggie chips that TJs sells which just kinda tastes like potatoes anyways. Big points for accomplishing this and actually making a tasty snack out of peas! I do think the taste of peas might be slightly overpowering for some snackers out there, but if you’re the type of wannabe health nut like me who wants to feel like you’re snacking responsibly then definitely give these guys a whirl!
