Not bad at all! I really like the grainy taste/texture they’ve got going on here. The coconut really adds an added dimension of flavor complexity to the mix that just works! Only thing I could say that might make it better is if the ratio of coconut to cereal grains was increased slightly. You really just get hint of the coconut flavor and sweetness in each bite. Maybe not a bad thing for those of you out there that only like a hint of coconut. But maybe they kept the ratio low due to supply and demand issues? I hear that coconut-bikini tops are in high, high demand right now and production is up significantly. $3.99
