I’m gonna coin the next big thing! I’ll give it a catchy name and I’ll sell it for a premium. People are gonna go crazy for it! Although at that point in time, he may have been tarred, feathered, and rode out of town on a rail, look who’s having the last laugh now. Right?! As for this cheese…love it! Soft, creamy, a bit on the salty side, but overall just one darn tasty slab of dairy goodness. Goes great with a hunk of bread and a glass of beer. Anyone ever do the plowman’s meal?
