Trader Joe’s Alfredo Pasta Sauce Review
It really is tough to find a good Alfredo option in the stores I think. This one though, pretty darn good! It has a nicely balanced creamy, sweet, and ever so slightly peppery finish on it. I think it works really well in a lot of dishes. The other thing that I really, really dig about this sauce, is that it’s not packed with garbage chemical ingredients like many other comparable products from other labels! One thing I’ve always found though, is that the sauce is almost too thick right out of the jar. That’s the one slight downfall I can point out about it. It’s not really a big deal though, I usually just add a small amount of almond milk to get it a little more “runny”. A little added pasta water would probably do the trick too. Either way, it’s all good though! I really dig me some Trader Joe’s Alfredo sauce. Go pick some up, and let us know what you think down below! Also, let us know what you like to cook with it! $3.29

Sauce Usage Idea
My most recent pasta concoction included this product! I started out by sauteing some Trader Joe’s Sweet Baby Bell Peppers, Trader Joe’s Kale, Trader Joe’s Mushroom Medley, and sliced yellow onion in a pan with Trader Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil. On the side, I boiled some Trader Joe’s Organic Black Bean Rotini pasta. Once cooked, I combined all the ingredients and topped with a jar of Trader Joe’s Alfredo Sauce. Added just a small amount of almond milk to loosen up the sauce a bit, then mixed it all together. Came out pretty good!
