Trader Joe’s Super Sweet Baby Bell Peppers Review

I’m not sure at what point peppers cross the threshold of being able to be called super sweet, but sure. Whatever. It’s not like they taste like candy or anything. Maybe they just treated all the other plants growing around them in an overly nice fashion? IDK. Anyways, these peppers are great! They are certainly sweeter than your conventional, normally sized bell pepper, and they are convenient. But once again, one of those produce products at TJ’s that’s probably a bit over priced. But as we all know, you are paying for that convenience. Whatever, take my money Trader Joe’s. You know I’m too lazy to drive to the Mexi-Market and pick up these things for cheap. Peppers Usage Idea

My most recent pasta concoction included this product! I started out by sauteing some Trader Joe’s Sweet Baby Bell Peppers, Trader Joe’s Kale, Trader Joe’s Mushroom Medley, and sliced yellow onion in a pan with Trader Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil. On the side, I boiled some Trader Joe’s Organic Black Bean Rotini pasta. Once cooked, I combined all the ingredients and topped with a jar of Trader Joe’s Alfredo Sauce. Added just a small amount of almond milk to loosen up the sauce a bit, then mixed it all together. Came out pretty good!
