Trader Joe’s Spinach Lasagna Review
Boy, they really weren’t kidding when they said spinach lasagna. I mean, lots and lots of spinach! Like almost too much! I feel like most of you out there would be thinking the same things I was thinking if you tried this for the first time. Where’s the noodles? I mean, there are a few in there, but I can’t tell you guys enough, there is a lot of spinach in this thing. Did I mention there is spinach in here? It’s probably not what you are expecting if you are hankering for a proper portion of lasagna. Nothing really stood out as great to me about this frozen item. To top it all off, I dried it out following the microwave timing recommendation they had on the package the first time I cooked it, so watch out. Ouch. Maybe that set me off on the wrong foot, but whatever the case, I’ve gotta give this lasagna 1 chest. Sorry guys, but I recommend you seek your frozen lasagna needs elsewhere. I think you’ll be let down by this one. Let us know what you think down below though. $2.49
