If you haven’t caught onto the craze yet, then it’s time for you to step into 2018 and partake! This seems to be a really trendy thing right now. I see this a lot in your hip and eclectic breakfast spots all over the place. I’m not really sure the how and the where and the when of avocado toast and its origins, but it’s damn good and it’s here to stay. Impress your friends with your hip and eclectic food prep skills. Make them avocado toast. They will dig it. Here’s the TJ’s version I made. It includes: Trader Joe’s Sliced Sourdough Bread, Trader Joe’s Haas Avocados, Trader Joe’s Baby Arugula, Trader Joe’s Raw Sunflower seeds, and Trader Joe’s Balsamic Vinegar drizzled on top.
