Trader Joe’s Organic 3 Grain Tempeh Review
I have yet to buy a lot of different brands of Tempeh, but as for what I have had so far, this one tastes great! And I don’t think you can beat the price either! Shoot, not a lot here to tell you guys. If you haven’t had this before, it’s like a really dense, earthy, grainy, almost crunchy tasting mashup of several different ingredients. This one contains soy beans, brown rice, barley, and millet. I’ve used it in salads, added it to vegetable stir frys, and added it to rice dishes. I’m really curious how you guys are using this though in your kitchens at home. This is an awesome product to kick up the protein content of whatever you are making. Let us know down below.
