Trader Joe’s Joe Brand Medium Roast Coffee Review
Ah yes, the beloved Joe branded coffee. How much do you think TJ’s corporate loves the simplicity of this pun? If they have a brilliant sense of humor like me, I’d be willing to bet they are still hi-fiving themselves over this one. However, drop those hands. Give yourselves a low-five on this one guys. What the heck happened here? The Trader Joe’s dark is infinitely better in flavor and smoothness as far as I’m concerned, so I had high hopes for the Joe Medium. I’m not sure how this one could be so radically different, but to me, it’s more bitter, unpleasantly woody in flavor, almost burned tasting, and just doesn’t sit well. It takes a lot for me to dole out a single chest review, but how could basic medium roast coffee be so bad? These are the nagging questions that keep me awake at night.
