Now here’s a winner! An idea for your next NO-MEAT Monday. Whole wheat flax seed bread, Trader Joe’s veggie burger, Trader Joe’s butter leaf lettuce, red onion, mayonnaise, mustard, a sliced up Trader Joe’s deli pickle, and some Trader Joe’s GIARDINIERA on the side. This just worked. So good.
