Trader Joe’s Shade Grown Ground Espresso Blend Review
Being Italian, I assure you, I can tell the difference between crap espresso and the good stuff! This definitely falls under the latter category. I’ve searched high and low for a decent go-to in the espresso department, as most of the espresso you find in your run of the mill grocery stores is nothing spectacular. This stuff rocks though. It packs a healthy robust punch of coffee flavor, not at all overly acidic, hints toward an oakey chocolaty finish. I dig it, and I think you will too. I make mine on the stove top using my trusty Bialetti. Be sure to pack that sonomobitch as tight as you can with grounds for a proper shot!
