Trader Joe’s Rosemary Asiago Cheese Review
I’d love to tell you guys this cheese is just awesome, but the honest truth is that there’s just nothing special here. The straight Asiago taste of the cheese itself is just so-so. You can’t really detect the rosemary/olive oil flavor in the cheese either, or at least I couldn’t. It comes only through the herbs that are adhered to the skin of the cheese that you probably aren’t eating much of anyways. With that being said, you might as well just buy normal, better tasting, higher quality Asiago cheese and make your own with some rosemary that you stole from your neighbor’s bush in their front yard while you were walking home with a beer buzz 2 nights ago. They’ll never even notice it missing. Give it a try though and let us know what you think down below!
