I’ve said it before. Shrimpin’ ain’t easy but somebody gotta do it. Got some inspiration from a cool Mexican fusion restaurant down the street from my house on this one. But just did a Trader Joe’s Arugula base salad, topped with some grilled Trader Joe’s Wild Caught Giant Argentinian Shrimp, Trader Joe’s Frozen Roasted Corn, Trader Joe’s Roma Tomatoes, Trader Joe’s Garbanzo Beans, and topped it with some Trader Joe’s Rose Vinaigrette. Forrest Gump would be proud…
