Plain and simple, this prosciutto is awesome! I’ve tried a lot of various brands over the years and this stuff is right up there with the best of ’em! Not overly salty, fresh every time I’ve bought it, pretty lean on the cuts as for fat content, and just a solid go-to when you are in the market for some of the “good stuff”! Make sandwiches with it, wrap your asparagus in it, put it on pizza, put it on your fingers like a bed sheet and pretend it’s a ham ghost, or just serve it with crackers and cheese! Whatever your poison, you just can’t go wrong here. Topping it all off for me…the price point! Get outta town! No seriously, take some of this meat and leave town with it.
